He went through tough trials before reaching the success he is now associated to. Much like Julius Caesar’s dangerous environment of war and bloodshed is the all the more terrifying world of Facebook Management. Especially to a newcomer to the social media business world, the art of Facebook Page Management can be as challenging and as risky as the art of war. There are too many ways to fail and too little room for success. But thanks to Julius Caesar’s victory statement, I devised this basic formula essential to your success in Facebook Page Management. Understanding the essence of these certain concepts can help you maximize and manage your Facebook page to its true potential.

In retrospect, customers remain as integral aspect of a successful business. So it is appropriate that they are given great importance and what better way to do that than to place our article in their perspective. Here I placed self-proclaimed “laws” to follow in order to create a sustainable and successful Facebook Page.

• A customer should be able to say “I CAME.”Customers SHOULD BE ABLE TO LOCATE AND COME TO YOUR PAGE. 

The initial and arguably the most crucial portion of your Facebook Page Management is drawing attention to it. Simply put, having a killer Facebook page credibility with incredible content and potential is futile and useless if you can’t draw enough traffic to sustain it.

How? 

Make your Facebook page as accessible as possible. 

Good use of Facebook Page Management doesn’t strictly require Facebook as the only source of much-needed traffic for your site. What should you do? 

Raise all forms of interest from your customers.  

How? 

Make your posts attention-grabbing. 

Common but effective ways on how to manage your Facebook page with noteworthy posts are through the use of inspirational quotes, images and stories. They can be the food-for-thought sort of content but customers would appreciate your own personal touch. Keep in mind that Facebook Management also requires regulation. People often mistake posting well with posting too much. If you do this, customers will no longer be interested in your content. Limit your posts that they become short yet engaging and are also timed well. You also have the option of encouraging your customers to tag all their friends to join in the fun as well. 

• A customer should be able to say “I CONQUERED.” Customers SHOULD BE ABLE TO FEEL EMPOWERED WITH YOUR PAGE. 

All successful businesses thrive on their customers’ satisfaction, which continues to be the most important form of resource a business should have.  For instance, once a customer is not satisfied, the business risks of having a bad reputation and reviews thereby losing potential income from other customers. 

What should you do? 

Establish and maintain interactivity with your customers. 

How? 

Create an engaging exchange with your customers through your posts. 

Make your Facebook Page interactive and exciting so that customers come back hungry for more. Indulge your customers to occasional surprises such as sales and discounts available only if they like and share this picture and other similar marketing tactics. You can come up with online contests with limited edition prizes exclusively done online. Your business enjoys the traffic brought in by the customers’ attempts to win. Another good way to manage your Facebook page is to request feedback from your customers. Customers should be made to feel empowered that they bring in good change to your business. Face Book – I would call it the social window of opportunities! 

Facebook has become a part of everyone’s life lately and has always amazed its users with its various options and capabilities at same time it is also notorious for controversies as it is used across various nations, cultures and ages.
So we have made an understanding that we must keep in mind certain Pro’s and Con’s while using face book.

Let’s begin with the Pro’s :

• Face book is a biggest friend for the isolated, and includes all humans without any kind of discrimination it promotes international integration.
• FB allows its users to connect beyond boundaries and is a saviour for those who live far from their family or loved ones.
• FB being an international social network provides a good platform for forward thinkers, social activists to initiate change & and create awareness.
• FB has reached as many users possible by any social network so it can be used as a marketing tool by business people.
• A few hours of FB in a day will help us stay connected with the social environment and keeps us updated with friend’s activities.
• FB helps to connect with like-minded people across the globe so that small groups can be formed and easily controlled for some public good.

Now the Con’s :

• FB obviously is very addictive and will easily take your valuable time.
• It creates a kind of social insecurity for certain group of people who are speaking their minds out.
• FB nurtures envy & jealousy, this is a very bad aspect which may lead to stress and depression.
• Weaker forces of the society are vulnerable as the dominant force create issues like racism, exploitation, discrimination and thus leads to social distress.
• FB sadly is a made a platform for false show off, worthless status updates, harassment and cyber -crimes which is often irritating.
• Finally it is very hard to deactivate your FB account unless you are too stubborn with your decision.

Final Words:
So Facebook has to be used wisely with awareness, social respect and a purpose. It has gone beyond the boundaries of its initial intentions of being a dating site and has opened up new possibilities for its users.

Yes many would have identified that some of the ads are spam and many doesn't . Have created this article for both .in simple this article for the people who doesn't know how the ads will be and what it gonna do my profile or my PC. and for the people those who know about the spam ads am gonna give the steps to recover .

How it look's like at your Facebook Profile page ? :

Generally the spam ad's will be displayed at the middle of the status and at the sidebar of your profile page ,

As of my experience it doesn't affect your account .where as ads will be published as i pointed out in the screen (FYI : these ads will be published not only on Facebook but also in what ever website you open will experience the same) , these ads will be annoying for the people when they about to read the status message posted by there loved one's .

Steps to Recover :

• Go To : Control Panel -> Program and features -> find your browser which you were using while getting the virus -> Double click on your browser ( e.g Chrome, Firefox, IE ... ) -> Uninstall it 
• While searching the "Programs and features" for your browser.. see if you can find any other program called "Yon too" or "Page Rage" if you find those, uninstall them too.
• Enjoy your ad free Facebook.
