Samsung Galaxy S III has now been officially unveiled.

The device features
- 4.8-inch Super AMOLED HD display,
- 8-Megapixel camera with zero shutter lag,
- 1.4GHz Samsung Exynos 4 Quad processor,
- 1GB of RAM,
- 2,100 mAh battery,
- a MicroSD card slot and it runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.

- a new version of TouchWiz which Samsung calls the Nature UX and
- also features a 2-megapixel front facing camera.
- The camera on the S III not only has zero shutter lag but can shoot 20 images in burst mode and has a feature called best shot, the device can simultaneously shoot video and stills.
- eye tracking functionality to keep the screen on when the user is looking at it.
- the device feature a feature called S-Voice which basically is a voice recognition software in the vain of ‘Siri’ on the iPhone 4S. This software supports eight languages.
- Android beam feature introduced in the Galaxy Nexus which Samsung calls S-Beam also availabale in the device,
- Another innovation introduced in the device is called Pop up Play, which enables picture in picture functionality in a smartphone.
- 133 grams and 8.6mm the device weight.
