Hi guys , today am going to give a new trick on windows based . have ever imagined or tried to Hide the drives(c:,d:,e:,...etc) in Ur Comp ?
Benefits:
To enable display of drives in My Computer:
simply delete this DWORD item that you created. Again restart your computer.You can now see all the drives again .

Benefits:
- While Giving your laptop or pc to others and you dont want to reveal your files which are stored in your hard disk with help of this trick you casn hide the drives .
- Goto Start -> type Run and click enter
- small dialog box will appear . in the given text box on dialog box type RegEdit and hit enter
- In the option listed click on the HKEY_CURRENT_USER
- HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software
- HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft
- HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows
- HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion
- HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies
- HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer
- other side panel , right click NEW-> select DWord(32 bit)value.
- Rename the file NoDrives (case sensitive)
- now right click on NoDrives and select modify
- Now modify it's value and set it to 3FFFFFF (Hexadecimal)
- Now restart your computer.
simply delete this DWORD item that you created. Again restart your computer.You can now see all the drives again .
